Returns

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing your request, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

In many cases, we may not require you to return the defective or damaged item before a refund or replacement is issued.

Return Shipping

Lost or Delayed Packages

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
